Her long-time comedic collaborator and platonic soulmate Cassandra Bruce is a law and arts (history) student. Laura is a “degenerate” who’s “ruined everything” according to her mother, and Cassandra is an overcommitted overachiever whose personality is akin to that of an 85 year old.
