Amber Hamad is a multi-disciplinary art maker, who works around the notions of appropriation, attire and the Muslim female body. Born in Pakistan, she now lives and works in Sydney, Australia. Currently she is an MFA HDR Candidate at UNSW and a recipient of the RTP scholarship. She has exhibited her art works extensively in South Asia as well as USA and Italy.
